Head: Grain Marketing

Senwes Grainlink is seeking to appoint a dynamic Head: Grain Marketing to lead the Grain Marketing division, drive the execution of the grain marketing strategy, and oversee the delivery of best-practice grain marketing and customer solutions across the Market Access value chain.

Responsibilities:

• Establish and maintain an effective Grain Marketing function.


• Manage the performance and operational effectiveness of the Grain Marketing division.


• Drive initiatives to increase the market share of Senwes silos and optimise grain procurement volumes.


• Ensure the financial performance and sustainability of the Grain Marketing division.


• Manage stakeholder relationships and deliver customer solutions.
