Head - Global EoR Payroll & Invoicing

ROLE SUMMARY:
The Head of Global EoR Payroll & Invoicing will have end-to-end ownership of Employer of Record (EoR) payroll and invoicing operations across multiple countries. This role is accountable for vendor-led payroll delivery, statutory compliance, payment reconciliation, client support, and invoicing accuracy. The position plays a critical role in ensuring operational excellence, regulatory compliance, scalability, and timely, error-free payroll and billing across the global EoR landscape.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Global EoR Payroll Operations & Compliance
Own end-to-end EoR payroll delivery across multiple countries and vendor partners.
Ensure full payroll compliance with local payroll, tax, social security, etc.
Track statutory filings, reporting, and payments to local authorities, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
Manage payroll calendars, validations, approvals, cut-offs, and exception handling.
