Head - global eor payroll & invoicing

ROLE SUMMARY:
The Head of Global Eo R Payroll & Invoicing will have end-to-end ownership of Employer of Record (Eo R) payroll and invoicing operations across multiple countries. This role is accountable for vendor-led payroll delivery, statutory compliance, payment reconciliation, client support, and invoicing accuracy. The position plays a critical role in ensuring operational excellence, regulatory compliance, scalability, and timely, error-free payroll and billing across the global Eo R landscape.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Global Eo R Payroll Operations & Compliance
- Own end-to-end Eo R payroll delivery across multiple countries and vendor partners.
- Ensure full payroll compliance with local payroll, tax, social security, etc.
- Track statutory filings, reporting, and payments to local authorities, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
- Manage payroll calendars, validations, approvals, cut-offs, and exception handling.
