Mechanical Engineer with 15+ Years of experience
Job responsibilities Include:
- Ensuring the Preventive Maintenance of the Plant and utilities equipment as per the schedule to minimize/prevent the breakdowns.
- Maintaining cost-effective utilities, focusing on continuous improvement and reducing energy and fuel bills.
- Maintaining accurate spare parts inventory and equipment-specific usage control.
- Preparing the CAPEX and annual budget of the engineering department.
- Coordinating with vendors for finalizing material technical specifications.
- Maintaining appropriate spare parts inventory levels necessary to support equipment and PM schedule.
- Ensuring DQ/IQ/OQ/PQs and Validation of all equipment and identifying the qualification needs of the equipment.
- Implementing good operational practices and procedures.
- Ensuring all equipment services are functioning properly in such a way that manufacturing activity is not hampered.
