Plant Engineering & Maintenance:

• Ensure smooth running of plant machinery and utilities to meet production targets.
• Monitor MTTR (Mean Time To Repair) and MTBF (Mean Time Between Failures) to identify and eliminate bad actors, thereby improving plant reliability and availability.
• Ensure preventive and predictive maintenance schedules are followed effectively.
• Plan and oversee equipment qualification, preventive maintenance, and utility operations.

Project Management:

• Plan and generate CAPEX for project activities and ensure timely completion.
• Implement good engineering practices and manage documentation for new installations, changes, or modifications in engineering systems.

Energy Management:

• Identify opportunities for energy-saving initiatives and ensure successful implementation.
