Head Engineer – Pre-Sales

Job Summary:

The Head Engineer will lead AFI's engineering and survey team, ensuring the highest quality of technical outputs during the pre-engineering and planning phases of projects.

This role is central to translating complex engineering requirements into feasible, compliant, and cost-effective solutions that support AFI's pre-sales, proposals, and project planning activities. The Head Engineer will act as a key technical authority within the business, liaising with internal stakeholders, clients, and external partners to ensure all designs and plans are practical, competitive, and aligned with AFI's standards and international best practices.

This role requires close coordination with Sales, Operations and Project Management teams.
