Head – Day Activity Center – Ang Mo Kio

Key Roles
  • Drive outreach activities to enrol persons with disabilities (PwDs) and caregivers. Lead and guide a multidisciplinary team including social workers, therapists, support and administrative staff, and work with various government as well as community-based organisations as needed.
  • Monitor service delivery of programmes.
  • Responsible for achieving key performance indicators, providing progress reports and assisting in data analysis for planning and reporting purposes.
  • Drive service development & sustainability (prepare and oversee budget).
  • Lead in Key Stakeholder Engagement. Network and connect with internal and external stakeholder and funders to improve programme and client outcomes.
