The Head plans, develops and reviews the services and operations of the DAC and SW. He / she also drives the post-18 PWD adult service continuum, and co-lead or develop initiatives within the adult service landscape or for SPD, to meet emerging needs of the clients and caregivers. Responsibilities Key Roles: In operations, drive outreach activities to enrol persons with disabilities (PwDs) and caregivers. Lead and guide a multidisciplinary team including social workers, therapists, support and administrative staff, and work with various government as well as community-based organisations as needed. Monitor service delivery of programmes. Responsible for achieving key performance indicators, providing progress reports and assisting in data analysis for planning and reporting purposes.
