HEAD COOK

The surfy Port douglas is seeking a motivated and experienced Head Cook to join our team on a full-time permanent basis in beautiful Port Douglas.

The successful applicant will receive an annual salary of $ 79499 plus 12% superannuation .

As the Head Cook, you will report directly to the Chef and be responsible for coordinating the day to day kitchen operations, ensuring the consistent preparation and presentation of high -quality meals , maintaining food safety standards, and supporting the efficient operation of the kitchen. The role includes supervising kitchen staff, coordination of food preparation activities, and assisting the Chef with menu planning and inventory management.
