Responsible for overseeing all kitchen operations, ensuring high-quality food, consistency, and timely service. This role includes menu planning, food preparation, staff supervision, inventory and cost control, and maintaining food safety and hygiene standards.
Requirements:
• 3 + years experience as a professional kitchen/ head cook


• Proven experience in restau-bar, casual dining, or gastro-pub concepts.


• Culinary degree or certification


• Ability to work during night shifts, weekends, and holidays


• Food and safety sanitation certificate is a plus but not required.


• Fast-paced cooking with consistency during peak hours
