Job Description:

Overall, in charge in sales output, monitoring and reporting to the Management for the Trade Sales to Overseas and Local customers.

To ensure that all requirements are procured from credible supplier and meet the requirements of the customers, organization / company as to specifications, price and delivery time.

Responsibilities:

• Monitor/ coordinates the aircraft requirements of the customer to achieve sales target for the company, facilitates timely delivery of goods/services;
• Coordinates travel requirements of customers/ clients as needed/ applicable in the project;
• Payment Collection after delivery completion from the customer;
• Collection of Retention Money posted as Warranty Security;
• Attends to official functions such as Pre-bidding, Bidding etc.;
• Prepares and maintains procurement, sales and marketing monitoring system;
