Orangetheory is looking for a Head Fitness Coach to lead, manage, and develop a dynamic team of fitness professionals and ensure studio success by partnering with Studio Manager and Regional Leadership.

Responsibilities

• Partner with the Studio Manager and Regional Leadership to ensure studio success
• Lead, manage, and develop a dynamic team of fitness professionals
• Recruit, train, and educate new OTF coaches to ensure their success
