Lead all kitchen operations for breakfast, crib & dinner service providing buffet/ bulk cooking optionsManage & mentor a team of chefs, kitchen hands & dining room staffOversee stock control, ordering & food safety complianceEnsure food is always prepared to a high standardEnsure OH&S compliance, adhering to safe work practices & procedures.Ensure all catering controls are in place, & wastage is kept to a minimum.Maintain high standards of food hygiene, safety, infection control & cleanliness in accordance with Compass standards.Enhance workplace culture – display high levels of customer service, contribute ideas & be flexible to meet the needs of the business.
