The Opportunity

A rewarding opportunity has arisen for an experienced Head Chef to oversee a busy kitchen at an activity centre for young children and adults.

The Role

  • High Volume Experience Essential
  • You will manage a catering team to ensure that the catering operations run smoothly and efficiently during breakfast, lunch and dinner times.
  • You will manage a team of chefs and catering assistants.
  • You will prepare, cook and serve food, always adhering to procedures.
  • Maintain high standards of cleanliness, temperature checks and allergy management.
  • The role is working 5 days out of 7, 42 hours per week with overtime available.
