Our client is a Staffordshire based hotel seeking an experienced HEAD CHEF to lead the kitchen team to the next level.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the kitchen team, maintaining high standards of outstanding cuisine.
• Oversee menu development, sourcing, and presentation to achieve culinary excellence.
• Collaborate with front‑of‑house staff to deliver a superior dining experience for weddings, private parties, charity events, and premier league clubs.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as Head Chef or senior kitchen role in a high‑end hotel or private dining setting.
• Strong leadership, communication, and team‑building skills.
• Excellent knowledge of menu design, sourcing, and cost control with a creative culinary vision.
