We’re looking for a Head Chef to lead the kitchen and help deliver great pub meals for locals and visitors. This is a great opportunity to take ownership of the kitchen in a supportive venue with plenty of local character.

What you can expect in a day in the role:

As a Head Chef, along with encouraging teamwork and a safe working environment, you will be responsible for leading:

• Day-to-Day operations of the Kitchen
• Lead the Kitchen team with daily, weekly, and monthly tasks.
• Food preparation and menu planning
• Maintaining COGS, ordering, and inventory
• Rostering and budgeting
• Training and development of new and current staff
