Salary: $37.00 to $38.00 per hour (Negotiated); 30-40 hours per week.

Job Description:

• Estimate amounts and costs of supplies and food items.
• Maintain records of food costs, consumption, sales, and inventory.
• Analyze operating costs and other data.
• Demonstrate new cooking techniques and equipment to staff.
• Create new recipes.
• Instruct cooks in preparation, cooking, garnishing, and presentation of food.
• Prepare and cook meals or specialty foods.
