Job Title: Head chef - Luxury hotel
Location: Rotterdam, Netherlands 
Salary: €40,000 - €48,000 gross per annum

A new luxury hospitality property in Rotterdam is preparing for its launch and is seeking an Executive Chef to lead its kitchen operations from the ground up. The culinary concept will be centered around Mediterranean cuisine with a modern interpretation, delivered within a high-end hotel environment.

This is a key leadership position within the opening team, responsible for defining the kitchen identity, building the brigade, and setting operational standards ahead of opening and beyond.

Key Responsibilities
