Overview

KIJI Bakehouse is a bakery and café serving coffee, drinks, pastries, and hot kitchen meals. We focus on consistent quality, efficient operations, and strong teamwork. Our hot kitchen serves rice bowls, breakfast plates, pasta, sandwiches using our in-house breads, and seasonal dishes. The Head Chef will work closely under the guidance of our Michelin-starred chef consultant to ensure proper execution, training, and kitchen standards.

Role Overview

The Head Chef leads daily hot kitchen operations at KIJI Bakehouse Mall of Asia. This is a hands-on leadership role responsible for food quality, kitchen organization, inventory, and staff supervision. The Head Chef ensures all food is prepared correctly, the kitchen runs smoothly, and standards are followed at all times.
