Head Chef – Albert’s Schloss Birmingham

Salary: £55,000–£60,000 per annum (dependent on experience) + up to 32% bonus

Albert’s Schloss Birmingham is part of the Mission Mars Group, alongside Schiller's Hall, Rudy’s Pizza and Albert Hall. Our Bavarian bier hall and alpine-inspired restaurant is a retreat from the modern world, where we invite you to discover new things, celebrate one another, and revel in the wünder of our Schloss.
