Role responsibilities
- Managing a full food service across breakfast, lunch and dinner
- Maintaining a clean and hygienic working environment
- Creating menus that cater all dietary requirements and allergens
- Ensuring all internal policies and procedures are adhered to
- Leading and coaching the kitchen team
- Delivering an exceptional experience for guests and visitors
About you
- Experience of working at Head Chef level within a busy environment
- Experience of leading and managing a team
- Food Hygiene Certificate Level 3 in Food Safety
- Willing to work towards future qualifications
