Longhorsley, NE65 8QY (Holiday home country park / food-led pub)

Employment Type

Full-Time, Permanent, Year-Round

Salary

£15–£17 per hour (depending on experience)

Working Pattern

  • 5 days out of 7 , up to 50 hours per week
  • Regular weekend working and Bank Holidays (as required in the hospitality industry)

Role Overview

A hands-on Head Chef is required to lead the kitchen at our busy, food-led pub with a strong reputation for quality food , friendly service , and repeat custom . This is an opportunity within a growing, family-run business where pride in food, consistency, and teamwork are essential.

You will manage day-to-day kitchen operations while maintaining high standards in a fast-paced environment.
