Head Chef & Menu Architect

PVH (Tommy Hilfiger/Calvin Klein) is seeking a Chief Cook to lead menu creation, manage the kitchen budget, and oversee ordering of supplies in a fast-paced restaurant environment. You will ensure consistency, quality, and efficient operation.

You will train and supervise kitchen staff from sous chefs to dishwashers, coordinate with front-of-house, and stay ahead of culinary trends by attending classes and researching new techniques.
