Excel Recruitment are searching for a Head Chef for one of our clients in Co. Mayo.

We are looking for an experienced Sous Chef or Head Chef with experience managing a kitchen team.

The successful candidate will:

  • Have previous experience managing a team in a busy kitchen

  • Have a passion for food trends and food development, with ability to coach a team

  • Show evidence of managing food safety systems

  • Posses strong IT skills and have previous experience of using packages

  • Strong commercial acumen
