The successful candidate will oversee both retail and hospitality food offers, ensuring high standards, cost control, and continuous improvement across all services.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead, manage, and develop a team of chefs to deliver consistent, high-quality catering services
  • Drive menu strategy, innovation, and seasonal changes to enhance customer experience and sales
  • Ensure full compliance with Health & Safety, Food Hygiene, and COSHH regulations
  • Manage food costings, labour, and expenses in line with agreed budgets
