Head Chef

Lead a team to success in our kitchen. You'll be responsible for raising the bar and setting standards across your kitchen, playing a key part in the pub management team to create memorable experiences that keep guests coming back for more. Our kitchen is at the heart of the pub, and we are looking for a Head Chef with a passion for food who can grow, develop and retain a motivated kitchen team in one of our pubs across the country.

• Ensure all food and hygiene standards are consistently met.
• Maintain a positive attitude and create a buzz in the kitchen.
• Achieve the highest standards, ensuring safe food, quality, and speed of service targets are met.
• Maintain clear communication with your kitchen and the wider pub team.
• Take pride in the meals that you and your team produce.
