Job Description

Barceló Group is seeking a head chef to lead kitchen operations across multiple units. You will organize, direct and coordinate staff, ensure quality and presentation of menus, and maintain hygiene and safety standards.

The role requires at least two years as kitchen head, High Vocational Training in Kitchen Management, and fluent English. The successful candidate will drive cost control, staff development, and adapt to new technologies within Barceló Hotel Group.
