About the role
:Reporting to the Facility Manager, you'll be responsible for leading all aspects of our kitchen operation, including:
♡ Leading, mentoring and developing a dedicated kitchen team
♡ Planning menus using the Cibus Catering Management System
♡ Preparing and overseeing the delivery of nutritious, appetising meals
♡ Managing food safety, hygiene and compliance standards
♡ Rostering, staffing and day-to-day kitchen operations
♡ Ordering stock and managing food costs effectively
♡ Ensuring individual dietary, cultural and nutritional requirements are met
♡ Driving continuous improvement in our food service
You'll be hands-on in the kitchen while also providing leadership and direction to ensure a positive, well-organised team environment.
