We have a fantastic role for an experienced Head Chef/Senior Sous Chef who enjoys cooking to a very high standard and working with local produce
Some of the duties of the role will be:
To be a hands on Head Chef who can lead by example and be responsible for all aspects of food preparation and service Recruitment/training and development of new and existing staff Menu planning for the restaurant Sourcing the best products from local suppliers To ensure and excellent GP and wastage is kept to a minimum Monitor all KPI's and keep in line with budgets requirements Review and monitor suppliers regularly To ensure excellent HACCP is carried out throughout the kitchen and all staff are trained in this A consistent high level of food is maintained at all times To adhere to all SOPs which are already in place The ideal cand...
