We have a fantastic role for an experienced Head Chef/Senior Sous Chef who enjoys cooking to a very high standard and working with local produce

Some of the duties of the role will be:

  • To be a hands on Head Chef who can lead by example and be responsible for all aspects of food preparation and service
  • Recruitment/training and development of new and existing staff
  • Menu planning for the restaurant
  • Sourcing the best products from local suppliers
  • To ensure and excellent GP and wastage is kept to a minimum
  • Monitor all KPI's and keep in line with budgets requirements
  • Review and monitor suppliers regularly
  • To ensure excellent HACCP is carried out throughout the kitchen and all staff are trained in this
  • A consistent high level of food is maintained at all times
  • To adhere to all SOPs which are already in place
