We are looking for a talented Head Chef Designate to join our team at The Golden Fleece, Thirsk.
Due to some long term absences we are looking for an ambitious individual to come in and take up this leadership role in our busy kitchen. Managing the day to day of a busy fresh food kitchen we are looking after guests from breakfast through the whole day and are looking to deliver exceptional food experiences. You will be a chef on a professional journey who already has experience as a Head Chef / Sous Chef and are maybe looking to achieve a rosette award . It goes without saying you will know how to manage to gross profit margins and will be a great people manager .
