Job Description

An excellent opportunity for an experienced Head Chef with this leading catering company to be based in Riyadh, Saudi.

This position oversees Cold Kitchen & Production departments in a high-volume & time sensitive environment - Requiring strong operational leadership skills across multiple kitchens & teams, & is best suited to candidates with a background in large-scale catering, inflight catering or central production.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead & oversee daily Cold kitchen & Prep Production kitchens
  • Ensure products meet specifications, quality & HACCP standards.
  • Manage labour, production planning & kitchen resources efficiently.
  • Develop recipes, maintain product consistency & support new menu development.
  • Work closely with Operations, Purchasing & other departments to ensure seamless delivery.
  • Coach, develop & lead the kitchen team while driving continuous improvement.
