Head Chef

Full Time Position

Up to £17.00 per hour plus tips, bonus, and up to £7,000 annual bonus.

As a Head Chef, you are the heart of the kitchen, working closely with the General Manager. You will lead the kitchen with passion, enthusiasm, and the highest standards. You are an authentic leader who manages the finer details of a high volume, fast-paced kitchen. You are a role model who inspires your team to deliver perfect food while keeping an eye on the bottom line.

What you’ll be doing:

• Leading the kitchen to deliver exceptional food quality while maximising profit and strict food safety compliance
• Partnering with the General Manager to recruit, onboard and inspire the best kitchen talent while building a loyal and high performing team
• Managing food costs and kitchen labour in line with budgets
