Job Details

  • Location: Ballycastle
  • Pay Rate: £20 per hour
  • Position: Temporary to Permanent after 13 weeks
  • Full‑time hours
  • Shifts can vary between 10 a.m. – 10 p.m., including evenings and weekends

Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the kitchen team, maintaining high food standards, menu planning, stock control, and ensuring smooth day‑to‑day kitchen operations.

Qualifications

  • Previous Head Chef experience essential
  • Strong leadership and organisational skills
  • Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment
