We are seeking a highly experienced and creative Head Chef – Asian Cuisine to lead the culinary operations within a prestigious 5-star luxury property in Dubai . This role is ideal for a dynamic culinary professional with strong leadership skills and a passion for delivering exceptional dining experiences while maintaining the highest standards of quality and authenticity. The position will directly report to the Executive Chef .

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the day-to-day kitchen operations of the Asian cuisine concept
• Ensure consistent preparation and presentation of high-quality, authentic Asian dishes
• Develop and innovate menus in collaboration with the Executive Chef, aligning with market trends and guest expectations
• Train, mentor, and develop the kitchen brigade to maintain high performance and culinary excellence
