Job Description
REQUIREMENT:
- RSA ID and legal residence essential
- Minimum 2 years' experience as a Head Chef within a 4 Star or 5 Star game lodge essential
- Extensive game lodge hospitality experience essential
- Strong leadership and kitchen management skills
- Excellent knowledge of menu planning, food preparation, and presentation
- Experience managing food cost, stock control, purchasing, and kitchen budgets
- Strong understanding of food safety, hygiene, and HACCP standards
- Ability to lead, train, and develop a kitchen brigade
- Excellent organisational and time management skills
- Professional, creative, and passionate about delivering exceptional cuisine
- Oversee all day-to-day kitchen operations
