Responsibilities
- Consistently follow the established Cycle of Service to ensure excellent guest experiences
- Lead, mentor and motivate the bar team to consistently deliver high-quality service and maintain positive morale
- Oversee inventory management including ordering, receiving, and stock rotation to ensure optimal par levels and minimize waste
- Monitor compliance with all health, safety, and sanitation regulations and implement corrective actions as needed
- Collaborate with the Bar Manager to develop new cocktails and update beverage menus in line with current trends and guest preferences
- Resolve escalated guest complaints or issues promptly and effectively to maintain guest satisfaction and uphold the establishment's reputation
