Responsibilities

  • Lead the Bar team and ensure a smooth guest experience.
  • Supervise and coordinate the day-to-day operations and events of the hotel Bars.
  • Provide training and ongoing support to ensure staff are well-prepared for their roles.
  • Develop and manage the bar budget
  • Maximize the quality of service and customer satisfaction
  • Oversee the ordering and management of bar supplies, including beverages, glassware, and garnishes.
  • Set weekly and monthly staff schedules

    • Requirements

  • Degree in Hospitality will be considered as an asset.
  • Minimum of 2-3 years’ experience in a relevant position in 4* hotel.
