We are seeking an experienced Head Barista to lead a premium coffee operation in Qatar. This is an exciting international opportunity for a passionate coffee professional ready to manage quality, people, & performance at the highest level.

We are also recruiting for Barista & Junior Barista positions (QAR 3500 – QAR 4400)

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead & train barista teams to deliver exceptional coffee & service
  • Maintain consistency in beverage quality, recipes, & presentation
  • Oversee daily operations, stock control, & operating equipment
  • Drive customer experience & uphold brand standards

  • Proven experience as a Head Barista or Senior Barista within high-end/ leading coffee brands
  • Available to join at short notice
  • Strong knowledge of specialty coffee, espresso, & brewing methods
  • Capable of recipe development
