As our Head Bakery Chef, you'll take complete ownership of launching and running a world-class bakery production operation in Sharjah — from the first day of setup through to daily output, team culture, and product excellence. This is a rare opportunity for a seasoned bakery leader to put their stamp on something new.

What You'll Own

• Full end-to-end setup and launch of the bakery production operation
• Daily production management across breads, pastries, viennoiserie, and desserts
• Development of production workflows, SOPs, and quality benchmarks
• Production planning, inventory management, and food cost control
• Recruitment, onboarding, and ongoing development of your bakery team
