You'll work alongside the Production Manager to deliver exceptional breads and pastries while building a positive, high-performing team culture.

What You'll Be Doing

• Lead, train and inspire the night bakery team to consistently deliver outstanding artisan breads and baked goods
• Use your expertise in dough handling, shaping, fermentation and baking techniques to maintain exceptional product quality
