- Start up equipment.- Perform functional testing
- Provide the customer with technical training in machine usage.
- Documentation of machine data, service history and quality information;
- Submit timesheets, expense claims and service reports, etc. on a weekly basis.
- Communicate with the Service Manager to ensure customer expectations are met and important information is passed on to the proper parties.
Become more experienced and you learn about the machinery you make recommendations for changes and improvements.
Combine a technical background and knowledge with a service driven approach. You are happy when the client is satisfied and that’s what makes you tick.
The best part about the job is traveling. You travel VN wide and occasionally you will get to travel abroad. While you are at customer locations or whilst in any service support role, you serve as an employee brand ambassador.
