Technical Skills:

5+ years of Oracle Fusion/HCM Cloud experience with expertise in Global HR, Absence Management, Benefits, Time and Labor and Payroll.

Strong SQL/database skills and experience with HCM Cloud tools like HDL or HSDL.

Extensive integration experience with strong Oracle knowledge on the HCM Extracts development across modules like Time and Labor and Payroll

Ability to develop/maintain HCM Extract interfaces and create custom reports using BI Publisher.

Experience with Fusion Security architecture and OTBI analyses.

Strong experience Oracle HCM Cloud Tech skills across Data Loader, Integrations (Inbound & Outbound), Extensions, Reports (BIP, OTBI), Extracts and Fast Formulas.
