. Candidate should be experienced writing Functional Design Documents, Configuration Workbooks and Test Documents.
. Candidate should have experience with the requirements to release cycle.
. Candidate should be used to working with business representatives to understand issues and requirements both in person and remotely.
. Candidate should have experience producing content and running sessions to educate around new feature or functionality roll out.
. Candidate should be used to working both independently and as part of a team, including supporting junior resources.
. Candidate should be self motivated, able to work to timelines and requirements.
Module Experience:
. Candidate should have implemented or supported the ongoing configuration/development of Oracle ORC with at least two lifecycles.
