We are seeking an experienced HCM PeopleSoft Professional specializing in Core HR Functionalities. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in implementing and maintaining PeopleSoft HCM solutions, ensuring that the system aligns with our HR operational needs.

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with HR teams to gather and analyze requirements for Core HR functionalities.
  • Configure and maintain PeopleSoft Core HR modules, including but not limited to Employee Management, Organizational Management, and Compensation.
  • Provide support and troubleshooting for Core HR functionalities, ensuring system performance and data accuracy.
  • Conduct user training sessions and create documentation for end-users.
