Job Responsibilities

  • Assist in Attendance and Leave management
  • HR Documentation
  • Job postings, screenings, and onboarding
  • Addressing employee concerns/grievances and facilitating conflict resolution
  • Supporting HRD in implementation of initiatives related to positive workplace culture
  • Assisting HRD in employee engagement activities including team-building/occasional events, recognition programs, and wellness initiatives
  • Keeping strict follow-up with staff especially with leads regarding HR related matters
  • Making staff familiar with policy compliance
  • Assisting HRD in creating HR Reports/metrices
  • Any tasks assigned by HOD

Experience

1-2 years of relevant experience

Qualifications & Skills

  • Min. Bachelor’s degree in business administration (preferably in Human Resources)
  • Strong Communication skills
  • Disciplined and committed
