Responsibilities

  • Lead overall IT project delivery for migrating two LMS platforms (SAP SuccessFactors LMS and IMC LMS) into a new SAP SuccessFactors LMS instance
  • Lead integration of Degreed as the Learning Experience Platform (LXP) and skill management tool, coordinating with internal teams and external vendors
  • In strong collaboration the data migration lead, oversee the data migration of learning content, user records, and learning history ensuring data integrity and auditability
  • Define project timelines, milestones, resources, and budget for the migration and integration activities
