Role Overview
We are seeking dynamic professionals with hands-on experience in HCM (Human Capital Management) implementation who bring strong client-facing presence and exceptional voice communication skills.
This role requires individuals who are comfortable interacting with global stakeholders, leading discussions, and ensuring seamless implementation and post-go-live support.
Note: This is not a highly technical configuration role. We are looking for functional HCM implementation experience with strong communication and stakeholder management capabilities.

Participate in end-to-end HCM implementation lifecycle (Requirement Gathering to Go-Live & Hypercare)
