I. Job Summary
This experienced position is responsible for the configuration and support of software application systems within the Human Resources (HR) Organization. As part of the HR Technology team, this role provides moderately complex analytical and consultative support delivering HR processes.
II. Oracle Fusion HCM Technical Skills Required
+ **Fast Formula Development**
+ Proficiency in writing Fast Formulas for Talent Management processes like Talent Acquisition, Performance Management, Career Development, and Learning Management.
+ Designing and configuring complex Fast Formulas for Performance eligibility, ratings, candidate selection process etc.
+ **OTBI (Oracle Transactional Business Intelligence) Reporting**
+ Expertise in building OTBI reports specifically for Talent Analytics (e.g., Recruitment, Performance, Training, Succession Planning, Talent Review).
