Job Description
Implementation and Configuration: Lead the implementation of Oracle HCM Time and Labor (T&L) and Absence Management modules for clients. Work closely with business stakeholders to understand requirements and configure solutions that meet the client's needs. Conduct workshops and training sessions to gather functional requirements and document business processes. Configure T&L and Absence modules in Oracle HCM Cloud to meet organizational requirements. Set up absence types, accrual policies, time entry rules, and approval hierarchies within the application. Testing and Validation: Perform unit testing, system integration testing (SIT), and user acceptance testing (UAT) for T&L and Absence Management configurations. Identify and troubleshoot issues during testing and provide solutions to ensure the system meets functional specifications.
