Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Requirements Gathering: Collaborate with clients and stakeholders to understand HCM requirements across recruitment, onboarding, payroll, benefits administration, performance management, and talent management.
- System Implementation: Configure, customize, and deploy HCM systems such as Oracle HCM Cloud, SAP SuccessFactors, or Workday to meet organizational needs.
- Process Mapping: Document existing HR processes and design optimized future-state processes leveraging HCM system capabilities.
- Data Migration: Assist with migration of employee and HR data from legacy systems to new HCM platforms, ensuring data accuracy and integrity.
- System Integration: Integrate HCM systems with ERP, finance, and other enterprise applications to enable seamless data flow and automation.
- Compliance & Regulations: Ensure HCM configurations comply with labor laws, industry regulations, and data privacy requirements.
